Following on from yesterdays post regarding the Property Trust Sector I got bounced these two  little pieces   from The 2012 Demographia International Housing Affordability Survey









  1. Europe is not included in this survey so contained information is not showing the whole picture.
    Housing in OZ is rather cheap comparing to Europe (France, Italy, Swiss etc…).
    After all it depends what you are reading and/or who you are talking to.

    • Maybe not. According the The Economists Intelligence unit Australia has two cities in the top 10 most expensive, Melbourne and Sydney come in at eight and seven respectively. Above them there are only four European cities with Zurich just edging out Tokyo for number one spot.
