I post this merely as a follow up to an earlier post which concerned the need to engage in the process of trading and not be absorb by endless cogitating on outcomes. One of the distressing things about traders is that many of them simply give up on the eve of what would be a success simply because they lacked the resilience to keep going. Interestingly, this seem to be a function of people who were/are employees as opposed to those who run their own businesses. People who run their own businesses have a certain hardness to them that employees dont. And in trading mindset is everything.
