That means crazy, unstable situations might be uncomfortable, but they’re also essential if you want to make the most of your brain.
Stability is a shut off switch for your brain.

Wow, I can relate to that so much …
and even though I figure that I’m doing what I’m doing because I think it’s the right choice, it’s still good to hear that it not only helps my life situation but also, as a side benefit, improves my brain.
I’m guessing that the Stoics had pretty healthy brains!
