Whenever, I come across something like this the first question I ask is does it in some way assist in the trading process. Trading is an information management profession – everyday we are confronted by masses of information from different sources and no matter how hard we try to filter it out some of it always gets through. My view of these sort of league tables is that they are interesting from an historical perspective but in no way do they add anything to the trading process.
