So why was I wrong about crude this year?
First, I claim I was directionally correct. I still think oil will rise – as do others – but I was wrong about the timing
Directionally correct? He predicted prices would rise about $12 (from $58 to $70), but they went down $14 to $44. And he’s still claiming directional correctness?
Classic old “I still think I’m right, just wrong on the timing”. My prediction… some time in the future he’ll tweet “See? I was right all along – I’m just ahead of my time.”
