Just finished reading John Kehoe’s book Mind Power into the 21st Century. So many of the techniques described here (e.g. visualisation, affirmations etc) rely on the concept that thought can influence physical reality. The explanation of why/how this could be lies within the stuff that quantum physics is exploring.
