Never my favourite Porsche – magnificent for track days and perfect tarmac but the first time you go over a tram line or tram track it feels as if your left kidney is going to dribble out your nose.
And for the idiot money they would want locally I would opt for the new Cayman – 90% of a 911 for 50% of the money.
One might think the left kidney dribble is a small price to pay, after all we have two. Not so fine and dandy when you notice the second pool of dribble!
From 0-100km/h = 7.5 sec it’s a JOKE !!! compare this http://www.carscoops.com/2013/05/mt-test-gives-2014-nissan-gt-r-track.html
I suspect that is miles per hour not km/h, they normally do a 0 to 160 or 180km/h reference for cars in this bracket, not just 0 to 100km/h. I think this car does sub 4 sec to 100 but you can check elsewhere.
Tye
+1 for what Tye said – the GT3 is a sub 4 car. Once you punt one of these or any of the turbo 911 100km/h comes up very quickly.
Still is hard to argue with a 2.7sec (Nissan GT-R) incl. price.
Good vid that one. Always enjoy Harris’s stuff. I think CT is on the ‘money’-in this country buy a Cayman S.
He is driving an investment unit…
