Actually it IS 8-10 minutes with Tate, he’s just stretched it to 16m by speaking s l o w l y and d e l i b r a t l y! This is WELL worth the listen; especially for those of us with really big ego’s or really big IQ’s!
My epiphany was I’m currently the big fish is a small pond and that gives me reason to think I’m better than others, should I leave the safety of my little pond I will be a little fish in a little pond and I’m afraid of the work involved in becoming that big fish again.
