When someone calls you a gambler because you’re building a better life through trading… I say “Bring it on!”
When the market gives you loss after loss, but you still follow your trading plan to the letter for the very next trade, I say “Bring it on!”
When you get that huge win that triples your trading account in just a few short weeks, I say “Bring it on!”
Let your light shine as a trader.
You never know what ripple effect this will create not just in your life, but also in the lives of those who are watching from the sidelines.
One of the best ways that you can shine your light is to immerse yourself in learning about Candlestick Charting.
These little gems will help you trade the short term, as well as trigger you into medium term or longer term trades. I truly don’t think I could trade without them. Heck, I’ve even managed to convert Chris Tate, my business partner (although he does insist on making up his own names for candle patterns such as ‘Naked Geisha Pattern’ and ‘Sumo Skid Mark Pattern’. Hmmm).
Here is my list of 3 books that must feature on your library shelf:
1) The Secret of Candlestick ChartingYeah – I realise you’re going: “Oh heck… she listed HER book first!”. But really, now is not the time for false humility. You’re after results. You’re after them fast. I wrote the book that I wish I had read first about candles… so you may pull your cynicism out of your back pocket & throw it away. This book’s the one I give my friends when they want to learn how to use candles. It’s also the one I gave to my nieces and nephews when they were getting started. Almost instant results. You need to read it this year. Click here to pick up your copy. |
2) Japanese Candlestick Charting Techniques by Steve NisonThis was the book that first got me excited about candles, back in the early 90s. Sure, the people selling it FedExed it to Austria, & I had to pay double postage to get it delivered back to Australia… but … still. It’s worth it’s weight in gold. It’s especially exciting now that we’ve even has Nison, the author, on our very own Talking Trading podcast. |
3) Candlestick Charting Explained by Gregory MorrisHoly cow, this is an under-rated book. Why doesn’t this bloke have a huge PR department extolling his virtues? I’ll never know. Don’t YOU over-look it though. It’s a winner. Clear, easy to follow, concise. Well and truly worth a read. |
And once you’ve read one or two of those, you might be ready for my Candlestick Charting Home Study Course or DVD set.
Oh ye gods! Look… look… there’s The Candlestick Lovers Pack with $1000 of free candlestick resources in it! Heck – get that one instead.
