Far Out!!!….that’s an amazing effort. I wonder just how many times he practised it beforehand?
How many times he climbed each section with ropes? How many times he fell with the ropes on?
Whether he had a particular spot which took far more practice ones than others? How many times he laid awake replaying a bit of rock and the hand/foot holds in his head? How many hours he dissected each climb for?
Or whether he just went into “the zone” and practiced until he could do it consistently with ropes?
So many questions to ask….
