My gym is currently running a 9 week fitness program for those who just cannot commit to 12 weeks. I am not entirely certain what their expectations might be for the changes that might occur during those 9 weeks. And people wonder why they dont get anywhere in life.
Actually I can understand this one. For people who struggle over the long term with their weight it is sometimes very motivating to kick-start with something that seems more realistic. In fact, I see it as the same kind of baby steps that The Mentor Program is going to offer to me. Since it only takes about 3 weeks to build a new habit, 9 weeks strikes me as a good solid start.
