I am still surprised within academic circles that the value of exercise in delaying many age-related illnesses is still a matter for debate and that the press react so breathlessly to these pronouncements.
And you don’t even have to go to the gym to experience the benefits. There are heaps of ways you can incorporate exercise into your everyday life.
