Every so often I get a strange email – a lot of the time I have no friggen idea what people are asking but this one is intriguing because it seem to assume we have psychic powers.
Hi, I have been trying to phone my broker company on 2 phone numbers to place an option order, but when I rang no-one answers the phone! I had tried over the last 2 hours the market was open but it just rings through. What do you think I can do (as this is a bit urgent)?
I have emailed my adviser and the company about this, – should I try ringing from another phone somewhere else instead?
